Check out the PIC below… its a simple analogy.. keep adding GOOD HEALTH activities to the bucket…. because its always leaking!

Leaks include stress, injuries, chemicals, aging, environment, heredity… and because these are factors we may have NO control over WE need to keep ADDING to the bucket to experience LIFE to the fullest…

Activities such as good nutrition, some type of exercise or movement, rest, a good attitude and/or spiritual life… and taking care of our spine.  Keeping it CLEAR of vertebral subluxation!


A simple concept but hard to implement consistency with our crazy lives. Do the best you can do and keep filling it up!
