“I just don’t have the time”
We all struggle with this!
I know I do.
Every day there are so many things to do.. work, errands, family, church, events… etc..
If we don’t plan well. . it will and can get overwhelming.
Add to that a new fear – created from social media in my opinion – the fear of missing out!
You cannot do any of this without good health!
Well, I’m sure you’re getting stuff done, but maybe its wiping you out at the end of the day, or you get a cold several times in the winter, or you can’t sleep because you are so revved up, or you have weird pains that come out of nowhere… etc.
We have to make our body, how we move it, what we eat – A PRIORITY!
Schedule your walks, your workouts, your TIME OFF, your meals for the week, etc.
Make Sunday nights a planning session.
And also, SCHEDULE your ADJUSTMENTS. Vertebral Subluxations (misalignments) cause nerve interference… your body works better without them!
Make your BODY a priority and it WILL work and run better, it will serve you better allowing you to perform better and get things done much smoother.
